CM CLUB MEMBER FOUR WHEELER ADV

CMs Club agent – For first time advance ,Actual price of the car or last 2 yrs RC OR Maximum RS. 6 lacs. -Repayment 72 installments. -Subsequent advance for new car Rs. 7.50 lacs. Repayment 72 installments. -Advance for 2 nd hand four wheeler first time 2/3 of purchase price of the car as determined by the garage of repute OR RC paid to the agent in the last F.Y OR 1.50 Lacs . Which ever is less.

ZMS CLUB MEMBER FOUR WHEELER ADVANCE

First time adv. ZMs Club agent- - Actual price of the Car OR. Last 2 yrs. RC OR Maximum Rs. 5 Lacs ,which ever is less. - Advance for second hand four wheeler 2/3 of purchase price as determined by a garage of repute OR , RC Paid in the last year OR Rs. 1 lacs ,which ever is less .

Four wheeler Advance for General agents with Interest.

• Any agent Worked at least 5 agency year.
• Earning of preceding F.Y of advance,will be as follows -------

RC- RS. 125,000/-
FYC RS. 100,000/-


And quantum of advance will be same as ZMs club member , and Interest will be @9%, payable Half yearly.

VEHICLE ADV. TWO WHEELERS

DMS Club- Full purchase price OR Last 2 yrs. RC , Which ever is Less.

BM’S CLUB AGENT

BMS CLUB - Full purchase price OR 75% OF last 2yrs.RC OR which ever is less. Agent above 5 yrs. and received RC RS. 125000/- and FYC RS. 100,000/- CAR Advance allowed for full purchase price OR 5% of last 2 yrs. RC.BUT it will be interest bearing @ 9% PA payable half yearly.

FESTIVAL ADVANCE

COR Club – 20,000/- C Ms Club - 15,000/- Z Ms Club - 15,000/- DM's Club - 13,000/- BM's Club - 12,000/-

Other benefits.

Computer Allowance for CMs Club Rs. 6000/- ( 5% in excess of Total commission of. Rs 1,85,000/- ) Max = 6000/-.

Fringe Benefits

• Office Allowances ( Basic Allowances )
1. 50% of actual expenses OR
2. 7.5% OF Total commission paid. ( FYC+ RC )( Earned by the agent in the preceding FY. )

Telephone Bill Re-imbursement

LIFE MEMBERSHIP

• Continuous Member of the same club only (ZM AND CM ) not less than 15 yrs.
• OR
• Continuous membership in the same club either ZM OR CM not less than 25 yrs.
• Exempted club agents will be entitled for all functional privileges of the club .

GROUP INSURANCE FOR AGENTS

Group Insurance for Agents Introduced with effect from 01.09.2007( through P&GS deptt.)those

1. Agents who has completed 1 Yr. Agency and below 65 yrs, will be covered under this .
2. Double Accident benefit not available.
3. Scheme is compulsory for all eligible.
4. A lump sum amount will be deducted from commission in the month August (bill ).
5. Incase agent terminated no premium will be refunded.

GROUP MEDICAL INSURANCE SCHEME FOR CLUB MEMBER AGENTS

Mediclaim policy for CLUB MEMBER AGENTS only agents and cover as follows----

• CM 100,000/
• ZM 60,000/-
• DM 40,000/-
• BM 25,000/-
• All claims to be sent to TPA for settlement. ( New India Assurance C.O, MUMBAI . )

Medi claim page-2

1. Proper address of agent should be there in the claim form.
2. Send all the claim papers to TPA , Mumbai only , In no case paper should not be sent to any other places.
3. Pre existing diseases are not covered.
4. First time entry needs health declaration form.
5. Branch office should deduct the premium from commission latest by December.
6. New India Assurance co. Ltd , Mumbai
7. This scheme is mandatory for all club members.

Medi claim

1. All diseases/Injuries, which are pre-existing are not covered.
2. No premium to be deducted from the Corporate club member agent for cover of Rs. 1 LAKH

Advances for office equipments

• Eligible = Any Agents eligible for renewal commission as per 19(1) interest bearing loan allowed @9% .
• All club members including Distinguished club agent. ( It is interest free ).
• If any agent becomes club member then for the balance amount of advance interest will be free.
• Re- payable in 36 installments.
• Quantum = Actual price of article or last years. RC. (which ever is less. )
• Can avail once in 3 yrs.Max 5 times through out the total agency period.
• Same item second time purchase after 5 yrs.

What are the Equipments: such as Table, Chairs, Store well , filing cabinets,Racks, weighing -machine, wall clocks, AC Desert cooler, Mini/other generators of appropriate KV.For office use(not for Commercial Use) Personal Computers, fax, lap-top, palm top, Inverters, Server, LCD Monitors, Desktop,(Hardware & software) Computer table, sofa for clients(not sofa cum bed) .

ADVANCES FOR MISC PURPOSE INTEREST BEARING( interest bearing )

1. Only club members & agents entitled for renewal commission are eligible. Advances will bear an interest @ 9% p.a.
2. Medical treatment of self and other family members( including parents. ) For domiciliary treatment, actual expenses or 10% of last year’s renewal commission or 25,000/- whichever is less. sub . To production of vouchers/ bills.
3. Thread ceremony, Turban/ Mundan ceremony,Navjote, Sunnath : Rs. 25,000 or last year’s renewal commission whichever is less.
4. Marriage of self, son, daughters, dependant sister : Actual expenses subject to max. of last year’s Renl. Comm. Max. for 3 occasions. In case of 3rd. occasion interest will be higher by 3%
5. Repairs to Motor cars / Two Wheelers and purchase of tyres & batteries :Actual repair cost / cost of Tyres and / or cost of batteries or last year’s R.C. or Rs. 20000/- for car or Rs. 10,000/- for two wheeler, whichever is less.
6. Purchase/ repair of house/ flat/ purchase of plot for house/ purchase or repair of agent’s office: Advance granted subject to max of last yr’s R.C

Advances for calendar & Diaries

ADVANCES FOR DIARIES AND CALENDARS TO AGENTS: Agents who desire to purchase the Corporation’s Diaries and Calendars may be granted advance subject to the following conditions:-

1. Minimum Advances is Rs. 500/- and maximum amount of advance is 25% of the last year’s renewal commission.
2. No advance should be given after 15th Jan of the year.
3. Recovery to be effected in not more than three (3) installments, last one being in the month of March.
4. The advance will be given to only such agents who are eligible for renewal commission.
5. The advance will be interest-free for Club Members, but will bear an interest of 12% p.a for the non club members.

Daily allowance payable to agents who are to undertake tour on official purpose are as under :
